2 lbs. lg. shrimp, shell (leave tail fin)
1 stick butter
2 T. crushed garlic
1/2 c white wine
Slices of lemon
Melt 1/2 stick butter, stir in garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add wine; simmer 1 minute. Arrange prepared shrimp in broiler or pan for broiling. Broil shrimp for 2 minutes. Remove. Pour over with mixture of 1/2 stick butter, crushed garlic and wine. Put remaining butter on shrimp, return to broiler until shrimp are pink and curled. Do not over cook. Place on serving platter, pour juices over shrimp. Serve with lemon slices.
