1 cup plain yoghurt
Grated peel of lemon or lime
1 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp liquid honey
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for at least 10 hours. The mixture will thicken. Yields 1 cup.
