Champagne Cocktail

1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 dash Angostura bitters
4 ounces iced champagne
Lemon peel

Stir sugar and bitters in bottom of a chilled champagne flute. Pour in champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
